Abseiling works to repaint large sections of the new rendered facia of the building that had been tarnished by the striking of the temporary scaffolding. The buildings are 19 storeys high and due to the high cost of construction of further scaffolding, it was decided by the management company that abseiling would be the most cost and time effective solution.
